Angelo Lerro worked as systems engineer and project manager in the aerospace industry. In 2018 he at the Polytechnic of Turin as Assistant Professor with tenure. Formerly a startupper, his main research fields are flight dynamics, aircraft design, flight tests and synthetic sensors.
Gioacchino Cafiero, formerly Research Associate at Imperial College London. Since 2020 he has been at the Polytechnic of Turin as Assistant Professor with tenure. His main interests are aerodynamics, flow control to reduce drag with data driven approaches.
Piero Gili has worked at the Turin Polytechnic in the field of flight mechanics since 1983. His research fields range from dynamics and control of fixed and rotary wing aircraft, satellites and lighter-than-air platforms. He has been responsible for several projects and is co-author of seven patents.
