Gioacchino Cafiero is an aerospace engineer, researcher, and Associate Professor at Politecnico di Torino, specialising in aerodynamics, flow control, and data-driven methods for aircraft performance optimisation.
Prior to joining Politecnico di Torino, he was a Research Associate at Imperial College London. His research focuses on advancing aerodynamic efficiency and developing innovative approaches for next-generation aerospace systems.

Alice Rosiello brings extensive experience in technology transfer, venture development, and deep-tech commercialisation. Before joining SUPAIR, she managed intellectual property portfolios and strategic relationships with venture capital funds within the Technology Transfer division of Politecnico di Torino.
Holding an MBA from Bologna Business School and having founded her own deep-tech startup, Alice combines entrepreneurial experience with expertise in bringing breakthrough technologies to market.
